Take a gamble on The Journey

Checking out a church can be quite a gamble. Will you like the place? Will you agree with the theology? Is the church, like a casino, just interested in your money? (That last comment is probably unfair to casinos; I’m sure they’re only interested in showing people a good time at a fair price.)

I invite you to take a chance and visit The Journey. I might be biased (just a little bit) but I think you’ll find the people are genuinely friendly; the theology is straightforward: we’re a progressive Christian church, so we use modern methods and means to nurture the minds, bodies and spirits of the people of today, with the faith, hope, and love we learn from Jesus, during a Sunday Celebration filled with reverence, wonder, and awe; and as far as your money is concerned, we’re more interested in being a prophet, than in making a profit.

I hope you’ll join us on The Journey each Sunday at 11:03 a.m. (for those who just can’t make it by 11). I think it’s as close to a safe bet as you’ll find in this world (outside of casinos, of course).
